Tarata or lemonwood, this NZ native is fast growing and ideal for both specimen tree or hedging. One of the tallest pittosporums growing approx H5-12m but in cultivation usually reaches approx 6m in height. Leaves have a nice lemon scent when crushed up, the tree has best form when grown in either full sun or part shade. Tolerant of wide range of soils and conditions.
